Palliative Care

The goal of end of life or palliative care is to provide the best quality of life for the critically or terminally ill by ensuring their comfort and dignity. Telephone consultations, providing information about local palliative care services, educational sessions, resource materials and information, as well as assistance to individuals to access palliative care services are available locally within a care facility or through home services.
