Advanced Care Planning

Communicating your wishes regarding your personal care is very important. Review the information outlined in Seniors and the Law and consider the points outlined in the Guide to Advance Care Planning. A Power of Attorney for Personal Care should be in place and if no guardian has been appointed, the Public Guardian and Trustee would step in.
