Les services offerts incluent des soins primaires (médecins, infirmières, nutritionniste, travailleuses sociales, etc.), la promotion de la santé et la prévention des maladies. Ces services sont offerts sur cinq sites, le site principal au centre ville de Sudbury, un site satellite à Chelmsford, un troisième site à Hanmer. Également, les gens de Noëlville et St-Charles ont accès à des soins infirmiers dans leurs propres communautés.
