Need extra food or infant formula or diapers for your family?
Call the Sudbury Food Bank at 671-9663 to find out about the Food Bank closest to you or leave a message with the Infant Food Bank before noon on Wednesday at 677-0931.
Dealing with substance use while pregnant or parenting children up to 6?
The Pregnancy Parenting Outreach Program provides individual and group counselling, case management and support for substance using women who are parenting ages 0 – 6 years, in the Manitoulin/Sudbury Districts. Call 674-5090.

Don’t have a family doctor?
- Call the Growing Families Health Clinic, which offers regular health care to pregnant women and families with children under 6 who don’t have a family doctor. Call 522-9200, ext. 444 to make an appointment.
- Or register for the Health Care Connect program of the Ontario Ministry of Health by calling 1-800-445-1822. After registering, a nurse will be assigned to help you find a health care provider in your area.

Telehealth Ontario provides free access to a Registered Nurse — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 1-866-797-0000.
Have a question or concern about nutrition and healthy eating?
EatRight Ontario allows you to ask nutrition-related questions and receive feedback by phone or email from a Registered Dietitian. Call 1-877-510-510-2 or email through www.eatrightontario.ca.
Need help or consultation about breastfeeding?
The VON Community Wellness Clinic provides free, specialized breastfeeding support by a Certified Lactation Consultant and Nurse Practitioner. Call 671-1575 ext. 221 or 1-877-671-1575.

Call the Children in Need of Treatment program at the Sudbury District Health Unit at 522-9200.
Want to make sure you are using your car seat correctly?
The Sudbury & District Health Unit offers free child car seat clinics twice a month. Locations will vary. Trained Child Restraint System Technicians will inspect your installed child car seat, correct errors found and provide instruction on the correct use of child car seats. Call 522-9200 to book an appointment.
Have a concern about your child’s development (physical, cognitive, social or emotional)?
The Children's Community Network provides information and central access to services for children and their families who are experiencing behavioural, emotional, or developmental concerns. Call 566-3416.
Have a concern about your preschool child’s speech or communication?

Need help paying for sports or recreation activities for your child?
The P.L.A.Y. program assists families in Greater Sudbury who have low income with the cost of registration fees and equipment for their children's recreation. Call 670-8633 for more information.
